Fervida+ terms

The purchase is handled by our online reseller, Creem, the merchant of record of every order: it charges you, sends the receipt and invoice and handles taxes, refunds and payment disputes, under its buyer terms (creem.io/buyer-terms). The company behind Creem is Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn (Estonia), registry code 16977866.

Fervida+ is made and provided by José Antonio Neto Suárez (Utropía), tax ID 29607219D, C/ Manuel Vela 37, 13, 21440 Lepe (Huelva), Spain. Email: hello@utropia.es. Fervida neither sees nor keeps your card details.

The app’s paid plan: unlimited batches and cultures, your own recipes and the rest the pricing page describes. It comes with your account, on every device where you sign in with it.

Recipes, guides, tools and safety warnings are free for everyone and will stay that way. Safety is never paid for.

Each account can try Fervida+ once for 30 days, without giving any card. When it ends nothing is charged: you choose a plan or carry on with the free version.

Monthly, yearly or for life, taxes included: in euros in Europe and in dollars everywhere else. You pay the price you see when paying.

The monthly and yearly plans renew on their own at the end of each period until you cancel. “For life” is a single payment, no subscription. If a price changes, yours doesn’t change without an email first, in time to cancel.

From “Me” in the app, with “Manage payment”, or by writing to us. You keep Fervida+ until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.

If Fervida+ doesn’t convince you, we refund the whole amount within 14 days of payment, no questions asked and even if you have used it. This covers the “for life” purchase and the first payment of a subscription. Once refunded, Fervida+ closes at that moment.

Renewals are not refunded, unless you are charged one after cancelling or twice by mistake: then we refund that charge in full.

To ask, reply to the purchase confirmation email or write to hello@utropia.es from your account’s email. Creem makes the refund to the same payment method; when it shows up depends on your bank, usually five to ten days.

These 14 days are the right of withdrawal the law gives you: we don’t ask you to waive it, and these terms don’t cut any other right.

If Fervida+ ends, because you cancel, it doesn’t renew or it is refunded, nothing is deleted: your jars, cultures and recipes stay. The free version’s limits come back for starting new batches and cultures.

You have the legal guarantee for digital content and services: Fervida+ must work as described. If it doesn’t, write to us and we fix it; if it can’t be fixed, you are entitled to a price reduction or your money back, as the law provides.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can claim before the courts where you live and keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
