Legal notice

Who publishes this website, as required by article 10 of Spain’s Law 34/2002 on information society services, and the terms on which it can be used.

Who owns it

Fervida is a project of Utropía, José Antonio Neto Suárez’s studio, responsible for the content of this website and its app.

What Fervida is

A home fermentation website with recipes, guides, a problem atlas and tools, and a web app to follow each batch. It can be read and used for free, without signing up.

Safety

Fervida’s safety figures come from official guides and published studies, and each one cites its source. Even so, Fervida can’t see your jar: what it publishes doesn’t replace your own judgement or medical advice. If you are unsure about a ferment, don’t eat it.

Terms of use

You may read, print and share these pages for your personal use or to teach others.

You may not use the website for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or copy its content in bulk to publish it elsewhere.

The owner may change, extend or withdraw content and these terms. The version published when you visit applies.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, code and the name Fervida belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. You may quote extracts with a link to the original page; reproducing whole pages or using them for another product needs written permission.

Quotes from guides and studies belong to their authors and are reproduced, with their reference, to back each figure. Photos labelled “AI” are generated with artificial intelligence. Icons are by Lucide (ISC licence) and the typefaces Fraunces and Instrument Sans are openly licensed (SIL OFL).

Links

Fervida links to the official sources it cites. Those pages belong to their owners, who are responsible for their content.

Liability

Content is published with care, reviewed and corrected, but offered as is. The owner is not liable for the results of applying what is explained here. If you find a mistake, write and it will be fixed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless the law sets another venue, as when the user is a consumer.
